Does anyone still have their morning coffee?

This is something I couldn't give up. One cup a day won't hurt right? It's less then 200 MG.

I stopped drinking coffee in my first trimester, and have slowly moved from no coffee, to decaf, to half caf, then to screw it I really want a salted caramel mocha! 😂 I usually have 1 a day.

I did at first.  I weaned myself down to 1 cup/day. But, it started tasting weird. I guess baby doesn't like it!  Oh well. You are correct - up to 200mg of caffeine per day is fine. Just be sure to count soda, tea, and chocolate in your daily allotment!

Yes I do, I get migraines if I don't. I just use the smaller cup instead of the ginormous mug I used to 🙃and limit it to one.

God, yes!!  Haha. My first pregnancy I cut out all caffeine.  My second, I would have an occasional cup... this time, bring me a pot.   Lol. Jk I limit myself to 2-3 cups a day!  And enjoy every sip!!!

I work at Starbucks and. My first trimester was brutal, the smell of coffee would make me dry heave. My husband stopped brewing it at home too lol. But now my coffee cravings have returned, thankfully not as before. I haven't tried an actual cup of coffee but I do decaf lattes, of course they're free when I'm working so it's easy. I don't do more than two decaf a day. But some of thoses 4:30am shifts I'll do one caffeinated latte.

I drank decaf only the first trimester but since then a small cup of regular a day and avoid all other caffeine sources. I was also given the green light by my nurse midwife.
