Si joint pain. What can I do?

I am 27 wks.  It is Tuesday and this all started last Thursday.  Today it's putting me over the edge.  I have a physical job and I'm in tears tonight.  It is my left side and Tylenol is not helping.  Laying on my left is also aggravating it.   Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Your pelvis could be out of alignment. This happened to me and I had to see a physical therapist to keep it aligned. For your sake, I hope it's not because pregnancy doesn't really allow it stay in place due to all of the expanding and relaxing of your body! Good luck!

You can try getting an SI belt and see if that helps. Otherwise, physical therapy with gentle stretching and light exercises for the hips can help. I'm a physical therapist and often treat pregnant patients with similar problems.

Physical therapy!! My doctor prescribed physical therapy and it helped 95% I would have died without it!!
