Breast pump.
So my pump hasn't been doing it for me lately. I just pumped (after 8 hours 🙈) and usually when I wait that long I get like 12 oz but today I only got about 5 and had to hand express afterwards and it was just still coming out. But it was a little painful to do it that way. Is there a way to hand pump without it hurting my boob or arms?
