I'm so scared. My 4 year old son is a wild sleeper. He kicked me in my stomach while he was sleep about 20 minutes ago and I've been having like this sharp pinching like pain on my left side that now changed to a dull pain in my back and my whole stomach. I'm going to call my Dr in the morning but right now I'm worried there's no bleeding and the pain isn't excruciating but it still hurts. Am I going to lose my baby?
