I need help!

Still pregnant but glow and my gp doctor calculate I could be 4 weeks pregnant but just took clear blue n said I'm 2-3 weeks pregnant and just today I kind of getting morning sickness like bloated, committing, burping and feeling nausea and thirsty. Has anyone experienced this??
