Losing weight 😩
I'm 15 years old 5'1 weigh 140 , I've been working out for a year , I think I'm fat , I really wanna be 120 , I exercise 4-5 times a day , toning and running , is it my diet I have to change ? Or I'm not sure 😓😓. I'm in independent studies btw , I only go to school twice a week.
