I am 10 weeks 1 day.. I dont feel pregnant at all except slightly tender breast and the left side of my stomach is kinda hard.. Had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and the doctor said everything was great the baby was measuring perfect very active and a heartbeat of 167.. Im just kinda worried because i have no symptoms.. Its been this way thru the pregnancy.. Should i be worried?? This is my first pregnancy my husband and i tried for 3 years before i finally got pregnant
