I'm 35.2 and was checked today in the office for the first time. I'm 1 cm, "thinning", soft and baby is low in pelvis. Yay! He told me to if I start contracting every 10 min to head to the hospital. Since my appointment I've been contracting every 10 minutes for almost 3 hours (pretty mild). I'm thinking they'll taper off and I'm just contracting more since he checked me. Has anyone else noticed more frequent contractions after having cervix checked?
