Baby number 2

What is the second pregnancy like? I know every pregnancy is different. With my first (baby boy) I was never sick and only got 3-4 hip stretchmarks that my husband says he can't even see... I'm so nauseous with this little one.

If you've had 2 babies within 1 year and a half apart (pregnancies not baby ages) did your stomach go back to normal? Was it loose? What about stretchmarks? Thanks for the answers!
