How can I break mt 3 yr old from using sippy cups? He uses them during the day and the night as well... he has to drink pedia sure and drinks it before bed so its been hard to break him. Is he to old for sippy cups? Also I need tips on how to get him to go to sleep without rocking.. I have tried and tried. Im 21 weeks pregnant and would like to have him fall asleep on his own before I get to huge.
