Im 27+3w

So two days ago I had really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea along with the cramps and insane nausea...no appetite what so ever....discharge that was a green/dark yellow colour as well(but thats been happening for almost a week now)

Yesterday I had some more cramping , extreme nausea and just didnt feel well at all.along with the green/dark yellow discharge....Ive just been feeling different and not myself!Ive had a super easy pregnancy so far...No nausea or morning sickness etc etc.So this is quite a change for me?(Also I often feel extremely wet down there) Discharge smells kind of sweet...Whats happening ????
