Did anyone's insurance bill them, and say you have to pay like $2,000 for amniotic fluid test? I don't remember getting this done. Do I fight it?

I'm sure the amniotic fluid test is where they manually take fluid from the sac to further test for Down syndrome I think I'm not 100% maybe google it

Call your insurance co and dispute the charge. I received a $1400 bill because my doctor sent my mandatory drug screening to an out of network lab without discussing with me. My insurance filed a no choice grievance as I was not informed about the testing. The doctor's office had to cover all charges.

The only reason why your insurance says you had it done is because your doctor put in a claim for it. Call the doctor's office immediately to discuss with their billing department. If they are unwilling to budge call the insurance and tell them the claim is fraudulent.

If you had it done you would remember they stick a needle through your stomach and uterus to remove some amniotic fluid for testing
I'm sure you would remember a needle in your stomach lol 
If you've not had it done, fight it there's no way you should pay for something that hasn't happened
