Dog pee stain?

Okay so my dads house has all real hardwood floors and he has two husky dogs that aren't potty trained well so their favorite potty spot is completely stained the wood floor. Its turned it to a whitish color. Any tips on treating that? Getting it redone? How to make them go outside?

Let them out a lot!

So when you wake up in a morning let them out 
After playing with them let them out 
after eating/drinking let them out.
Before you go to bed let them out

If they do pee outside give them a treat outside.

Over night or whilst your out put puppy loads down they have a scent that draws them to lee on them I recommend putting them down near the door that your going to let them out from cause then even if you just manage to pad train them you can keep an eye on them and when they go to the back door they need to pee.

Also try not to yell at them for peeing in the house as it can make it worse cause they might not understand and think your shouting at them for peeing.

Another thing that helps is you can get a spray that you can spray on the puppy pads that makes them pee on them.

You can try murphys oil soap, but the ammonia in the pee has probably permanently ruined the wood finish.

As far as training the to go outside:

My husband and I potty trained two puppies. The best thing we found is to crate train them. There seems to be some negative connotations about crating dogs, but they are not true. Dogs need a den like place to have as their own. Never ever use the crate as punishment! If you do, the dog will think you are punishing it, and it will not want to go in the crate ever! Not sure how old
The dog is, but what worked for us was keeping the dogs in their crates all night when we were sleeping, and then first thing in the morning letting them out to go. Dogs will not want to go potty where they sleep, so they will hold it until they can get out. Just make sure to take them out right away. Let them out every half hour to an hour and after a week or so they could get it.

I've also heard putting a bell on the door and ringing it wverytime you go out helps. They learn to ring the bell to let you know they gotta go.

Otherwise, look for behavior like sniffing around and disappearing to other rooms where no one is in.

Try putting a pad in that spot for precarions until they are trained and whenever they go out side reward them with a treat or scratches and whenever they go inside immediately put them out side with a reward if they do their duty out there
