I lost 70 within a year. Then around this time last year the holidays came around and then as soon as I was ready to get back into it, I had an unexpected surgery so that was another month of down time and so of course I slacked off. I haven't gained weight since I do work out here and there and i also feel guilty but I also haven't lost weight as I wanted too. I am now trying to get back into it as well. I'm eating healthier, also stopping after a certain time. Getting back into the gym. I also do lunges and squats at work since its been a little slow. Been drinking lots of water. My goal is 14lbs by the end of the year. We got this! 💪🏼
