Delta?

Hey everyone! Delta just emailed me with an invitation to do a digital interview with them. I'm curious as to how this works, and what does this all mean? I'm very excited.

You'd do it like either over Skype or you'd video it on your laptop/ webcam talk about yourself, your goals in life, interests, ect 😊 my friends apart of delta and she LOVES it! Good luck

Just to be sure, Delta airlines? If so, my dad worked for them (based out of Atlanta) for many years, until retirement about 10 years ago. We all had excellent benefits from his job & he LOVED IT, even having to commute from another state. He had several days of work in a row, then several days off. I don't know if that varies based on position, but he was a pilot & a corporate trainer. That's awesome! Good luck with your interview!

Did it mention HireVue? I've done a digital interview through HireVue. It was very awkward. You aren't talking to an actual person. Questions come up on the screen and you record your answer using your webcam. "Digital Interview" could just mean a video call too though, which is what I would prefer.
