Throughout my whole pregnancy so far I have been having cramps, mainly on my lower right side in my ovary area. I have had 2 ultrasounds and everything looked perfectly normal. Well now, at 11 weeks, I'm aching in that same spot. It isn't a stabbing pain or really a cramp, but it's a CONSTANT ache that is radiating down my right leg. Should I be concerned? Should I call my OBGYN? Please help me out.
