Nipples pierced

I got both of my nipples pierced last night and I was wondering how can I clean them? I know saline soaks. When the piercer was talkin, I wasn't paying attention I was just so focused on how much it would hurt. He told me to turn my rings (captive hoops I hate them !!! can't wait to change them) but some online say not too, also he says don't use dial soap and many say too use dial soap. It doesn't hurt and my nipples aren't sore or tingly..
