Advocare Spark- while pregnant?

Anyone drink it while pregnant? I've read mixed reviews. I'm so drained without it at work 😂

I drank it occasionally in the third trimester.

My doctor told me I could just not everyday, I had it up until 20 weeks but then I started getting sick so I quit drinking it.

I was told by my docs not to take it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

I  wouldn't while pregnant as it is a stimulant. Best not to risk it, or clear it with your doctor first.
