4 week ultrasound and nothing??

Was wondering if it's normal not to see anything on an ultrasound at 4 weeks

I just had an u/s at 4wks 6 days because I was spotting.  Didn't see much but a tiny gestational sac and that was all.  My MD seemed confident and assured everything was absolutely fine.  I'm scheduled to go back in two weeks to see the heartbeat :)

I'm 5 weeks today, and still nothing to see. It's absolutely normal.

Totally normal! You can't see anything before 6-7 weeks. What dr even does a u/s at 4 weeks?!
