Sharing my Experience with CVS
In case it's helpful...
Had a nuchal translucency measurement of 3.6 and elected to get a CVS, which went well - no miscarriage.
Had already had genetic testing that came back negative for Down's syndrome and two other syndromes.
Just got results back and they were normal but still waiting on Noonans and microarray.
Was told Noonans is usually found in ppl with higher than 5 mm nt scan results. But not sure what the risk breakdown is from here...
Waiting for results on rarer abnormalities but I think risk of that is down to 5% now, allegedly.
Will also have to wait to see about heart issues.
I found it helpful to read other people's stories and so thought I'd post - would love to hear if you had a similar experience.
