This is my first pregnacy and I've already been to my clinic for my first appointment which was mostly just the beginning steps blood work and what not. I see the doctor for the first time next Tuesday and I'm very curious as to what will happen. I will be 7 weeks and 4 days on that day and I wasn't sure if there would be a ultra sound or if it's just like a check up can anyone give me any advice.
