Spooning is the best position and it it allows your partner to hold you or play with other areas to help keep you relaxed. Lots of lube. Personally I am not a fan of any of the numbing ones only because it decensities you, if it hurts or is uncomfortable you don't know until it is too late. For the same reason you should be completely sober. You want to be aware of your body and all the sensations- good or bad. Make sure you are well turned on and you take it very slow. Take your time and speak up if at any point you can't stop.

Try spooning, but do it while you are drunk or tipsy. You will be more open/loose to accept through anal. And you will be able to control his entrance, pase, all that. And try anal ease, it should numb you, but have him use his finger to put it in there while you are giving oral or something. We do anal once every couple of months. In any case:
The anal area has no natural lubrication, so you will need to use lube. Water based always, no oil based shit cause it will break the condom (which I hope you will be using). 
For the rest, start small before going big. Maybe a finger for a start? Then see what you like. Maybe you'd like to go further or not. Maybe you'd like a part of the penis and not all of it.
Just try, and make sure you're comfortable with whatever you're doing, a) bc you shouldn't do anything you don't fully enjoy for the sake of someone else s pleasure and b) bc then there's no chance you will actually like it.
