So I found out that I can't take vitafusion anymore BC I don't have a strong iron pill and the one I was taking was 325 mg but is not enough. Anyone ever heard of prenatal vit-iron fumerate FA tablet? I have low hemoglobin and I hate I have to give up my gummies because they taste so much better. I am tired of getting poked with needles for my blood but I'm also glad I know why I have been literally dragging. However I need some greens and healthy foods for this new diet. I hate dieting but I have to eat so I don't pass out. So much for normal but my bundle is coming and that's still exciting. I kind of feel like a caprisun with no juice inside because this baby is taking everything.
