Vicks vapor rub????

Question

So I have a cold and I am super super congested. I can only take claratin and Tylenol to relieve the congestion and headache. But it is not helping that great. Is it okay to use vapor rub? I would call the doctor, but it is too late. Anyone ever get the okay to use it?

I actually just emailed the Dr. about this.  She replied with it is fine to use. :)

(I asked because I have had a constant stuffy nose for over a month or 2 now.)

I've used it. I think it's fairly natural. Also try caffeine free peppermint tea

I would use a little but I haven't needed to use it while pregnant
