Second period?

I got my first period 32 days ago. my mom said that 28 days is the average and I know that it's probably irregular for the first year or so, but I REALLY want to wear light jeans but I'm scared my period is gonna show up... what should I do??? if it helps I'm 15

I feel ya! My periods are still irregular as well, I'm getting my 3rd one soon. So, this is what I do. Wear a pantyliner (a small very thin pad kind of thing) and bring a jacket with you. Why the jacket, you ask? If you get your period, you tie the jacket around your waist and it covers the area up. And I use a pantyliner because it absorbs the blood until I notice I've started so that I don't really worry. You just have to go to the bathroom once or twice, and if you don't see any blood then you're good. It also absorbs discharge.
