Panties, trash em or no? 😣

Hello sweets! 😍 Ok so i wear pads only. (Tampons hurt...) anyway, my period can be sooooo heavy some months & in the morning ill have an overflo. (Ive tried everything except a diaper! LOL LML) so- my QUESTION 4 u is:
How do i remove stain, can i, is there a trick?? I scrub & soak immediately... But no luck.. So i trash em. Friends  say i should keep em as my "period panties" but i cant, its not clean to me 👎 between this and my dogs stealing & ripping my draws apart, i buy a lot of panties... But never have more than a dozen available😂 help!

Hydrogen peroxide. Pour over blood. Itll bubble up. Keep dabbing away with a rag or paper towel or something until the stain is gone. It's how I get blood out of my jeans. I suggest soaking in COLD water first though. Soak for a few minutes and then use the hydrogen peroxide. Works for me!

I know this is going to sound funny but use an EXTREMELY long pad and when I have to use pads sometimes I will get 3 pieces of some good, thick toilet paper and fold it up and stick it in my butt crack right next to the back of my vagina that way it keeps it from traveling through the crack. That has always kept me from getting it all the way in the back anymore.

I use Blue Dawn dish soap, let it soak for a bit and since I generally hop in the shower I put them on the lift or the floor and it washes right out, then I put them in the machine before leaving. Works perfectly.

If you find a solution let me know I hate that but I use over night pads and I love them.

I haven't found a way to completely remove the stains.  Soooo frustrating.  :(

When I wake up I usually put them in the washer with a Tide Pod and it comes right out!

I use totally awesome u can buy it at Walmart or the dollar tree. It brings everything out just spray it on the stain and scrub with a lil brush. Sometimes I even add a little extra to my wash just as a stain booster

Wash them with dish soap right away, scrub them till you get as much as you can out. Then just wash them with the rest of your laundry. Always works for me
