Typically the hospital gives you some so I'd wait to buy any. My favorite was the lansino brand and I used my own breastmilk and air dried when I was home.

I plan to use coconut oil, and also I've heard of mom's using their own breast milk (just spreading some on their areola like nipped cream) I guess it heals things.
