Predinsone + spotting

Has anyone taken prednisone and ended up spotting way early, or their cycle happening early?

I'm hoping for implantation bleeding possibility. I have a lot of non-pregnancy *mystery* reasons (lupus rash, possibly) for why I was prescribed prednisone, so I hope this spotting isn't extra bad news like it will interfere with the ability to get pregnant/about to throw off my whole cycle I've tracked for over a year. 😪
