Many women report that their feet have grown at least a half shoe size bigger after the birth of a baby. Mine are a half size bigger and had to buy all new shoes. :(

Right now your feet are swollen from water retention (edema) and won't remain swollen but your feet can grow larger because of hormone called relaxin. This hormone loosens your ligaments and causes your feet bones to spread out permanently. Not all woman experience bigger feet after pregnancy, but there's around a 50% chance it could happen.

Some shoes I could wear before my first baby didn't fit me after, and some did. Just depends on you and how your body changes.
