Bad Headache!!

I been having a really bad headache since 11am and now it's 2am still doesn't go away it's killing me I can't even sleep it off my mouth hurts as well it feels sore I have no clue why ? And my teeth are killing me I am 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant is this normal what can I take , the pain makes me cry 😭
