Cramping help 9.4 weeks pregnant

Lately I've been experiencing some cramping and it hurt kind off like period cramps but there's no bleeding.  The cramps feel like if my hips are opening last night I couldn't sleep because they were really bad.  they start on my back and my lower abdomen and hurt all the way to my tights. My morningsicknes symptoms have completely disappear  my breast are a little sore and sometimes they hurt has anyone experience anything like this.
