Allergies... sinus problems or cold?

Having major issues since i stopped taking allergy meds. Today is by far the worst. Cant stop sneezing. ... ive sneezed so much my stomach actually hurts.  Any natural remedies?

Ugh. This was me a few weeks ago and I concluded that I had a combo of both. Prepare to be miserable for a while, unfortunately. I used plain saline spray and took the hottest showers I could stand to get the steam going. There is no real fix unless you want to take meds, but the ones that work the best aren't safe during pregnancy. Just keep blowing your nose and hope you help to get the drainage started. 
I feel your pain. Just remember, this too shall pass.
