Pee sensation? ?

Just today I experienced the urge to go pee but when I tried only a few drops came out but my bladder still felt full. I'm 6 weeks 2 days...... any ideas? Maybe UTI?! and I'm not sure if this is related but my belly button area started hurting too (sore to touch).

I remember when I was pregnant that the worst time I had peeing was the first trimester I actually felt like I had to squeeze the pee out and I was like wtf the baby is the size of a grape how can it be having such an effect already lol its all the hormones x

Definetly  a uti  I get them every month after my period :/ no matter how much water I drink or cranberry pills I take
