When will I miscarry

Sounds stupid but I'm literally waiting on miscarrying, my levels dropped to 17 yesterday so was advised its inevitable but I have no cramping or bleeding, I'm terrified of ectopic although they didn't seem concerned that was the case

I'm sorry for your losses all of you. I've been through 4, and your body most likely will do what it needs to do. The biggest thing you need to watch for is signs of infection, like pain and fever. As long as those aren't present you just need to give your body time, it's a terrible waiting process.

Has anyone seen a specialist for this kind of issue? I am looking online but not finding much from medical web sites. I have put myself on ubiquinol to improve my egg quality but apparently it didn't do anything. I have to wait til next month to see a specialist. :( Hopefully by then my levels will be back to 0.

Im waiting as well. My levels went from 41000 to 34000 in a week. I go back on mon for another test. U/s on fri to confirm no hb and no growth.
Its all a waiting game, our bodies will do what they need to do .

Your body is in control...so it could be a few days or weeks...no way of knowing. I am on what will be my third miscarriage. My hormone levels just don't want to keep going up. On Monday I found out I was pregnant and by Friday my levels have already dropped from 270 to 170...time for a specialist. I see one next month. I have no words anymore...but I know God is in charge!

It can take weeks, mine took about 3 weeks. However you should go back if it doesn't start
