I thought I was ovulating but this morning I had a positive test? Help

Ok so I had this weird eleing this morning to take a pregnancy test. And it came back positive and faint. But there for sure. I feel like I'm having ovulation pain. And I just got done bleeding period I was like 10 days long. And heavy. So my question is....am I pregnant? Did I miscarry for those 10,days of bleeding and it's just left over hormones? I'm just so confused by this. We have only dtd Oct 24th, heavy bleeding Nov 1st to Nov 10th. I also just finished a miscarriage on September 29th when they found out my 14 week pregnancy ended and I had to have a dnc.

Sorry it's a long story, but they also watched my hcg go down to 0 from that.

Anyone have any advice or any ideas of what is going on? Cus i also am having left sided pain just like my ovulation pain.

I'm so confused can u tell?
