I had sex twice and he pulled out both times and I'm pretty sure he did it successfully but does precum have sperm in it? Should I be worried?

update: think I started my period, two weeks early but I'll take it I guess..

Plan b is most effective right after/ the next day. After about 3 days, go to a doctor instead. Also, a new study shows that about 1 in five men have some sperm in their precum, it's nothing like getting the full load, but it's enough. It is generally not common to get pregnant off of that, but it is possible. Another note, sperm can live 20 minutes in the open air trying to find its way to a nice moist place.. So if it gets on the outside of your vagina, it's possible for it to make it's way in there.

PS. If you have never tried plan b before, let me tell you that you don't want to have to be in that situation. Protect yourself before/during sex rather than worrying after. Plan b is basically a thing that forces your body to have a big uncomfortable period and its awful.
