Morning after pill?

I took the morning after pill on the 16th November and today I started bleeding but not a normal period. I have had a lot of pain in my lower stomach and have been passing tissue which is almost white in colour (light pink) with blood vessels throughout the tissue. Is this normal or is this me having a miscarriage?
