Disappearing Symptoms

My symptoms were very strong from 6- 9 weeks. Breast very sore and grew in size, extreme nasauea and fatigue. I had 2 ultrasounds. One during 6 weeks and one 2 weeks later to find out I was 8 weeks 5 days. Both times I say the baby's heart beat and everything was good. I had a miscarriage 5 months ago so I am very nervous about everything. For the past 2 days my symptoms seemed to vanish. It concerns me because they were very strong. My next ultrasound isn't until Dec. 9. Can this be normal? I am currently 9 weeks 3 days.
