Breast reduction😳

I'm 16 years old and I have 34GG boobs and they don't cause me any grief at the moment apart from not being able to find a bra that fits me, But my problem is they haven't stopped growning yet and they're already enormous, especially for my age... Has anyone got any advice on breast reduction..? Because I've been contemplating on it for a while but I'm still not sure. Can anyone help or give any advice?
