What is going on!! Lol

So last night I was super tired and was falling asleep at 7 ish or before I was nauseous this morning and have been super tired all day. AF was due to come 11/18 and is still a no show. The only thing is that I take medicine for narcolepsy to help me stay awake which I haven't been taking for a few months now. It hasn't really had that much of an affect until last night and today it just hit me. And I noticed that I'm getting more little bumps on my nipples than before. I took a test 11/21 and it was a BFN I think.
