HUNGER

I have been experiencing constant hunger for the last two weeks. No matter what I eat or how much, it either feels like I didn't eat at all, or an hour after I'm fully hungry all over again. I am not lacking anything but agh I can't even sleep right now (it's 1 am) because of this hunger keeping me awake. I've been eating and eating and now I'm just tired but when I go to fall asleep, my stomach keeps me up. Anyone have any ideas of what this is? Btw I have the implant in, so I doubt I'm pregnant
