TTC with PCOS

Hello, I have recently found out that I have PCOS which is extremely difficult for me to come to terms with as the women in my family find it quite easy to get pregnant, I had a miscarriage in June, we tried for over a year to get pregnant, I was 14 weeks pregnant when I miscarried and they told me that the reason I miscarried was because I have PCOS. So I would like to know if anyone has conceived after finding out they had PCOS and whether they did without the help of medication.
