Just wanted to know.

Have any of you taken wild yams and got pregnant with twins a friend laugh at me when I told her my doctor wanted me to start taking wild yam pills to help with my periods I bleed twice a month and it's not good...my doctor wanted to put me on birth control pills I said heck no to that cause I was on depo shot for 4 years and my body is still f***up after all this time and I haven't been on and by birth control in 2 years need advice thank you☺
