Anyone else work in a call center ?

Have you moved up in it? How much do you get paid ?

My husband was in a call center and moved from making calls at $7.50 to taking called at $8.50 to supervising at $9.50 and before he quit he got a couple raises and was making $10.50 an hour. We lived in Colorado at the time. He would never had advanced any further until one of his superiors had quit or moved on, and that wasn't happening, they made bank.  Call centers can be soul sucking though. If you work there try not to let it get to you, you can make good money, but it might be worth it to look at working elsewhere in the future.
