Should I confront him?

So I went thru my dh phone and I saw a fairly innocent conversation between him and his co worker; but I did see something I didn't like. He asked for some tags for a client (he's a PI) and she gave them to him and said he was Sherlock of the year, could she be his Watson. Ok whatever but then he said she could ride along with him any time. (Exe be in the van all day while he works) she said thank I appreciate it. She asked what he did that weekend and he mentioned being sick watching Netflix all weekend (wrong, it was our baby shower) she said she wasn't drunk this weekend and he asked why and she said cuz she's on a diet and he said "don't lose too much weight, ur fine how u are" and then they talked about music and then it goes back toniest work stuff. I'm 8 mos pregnant and I want to confront him but not sure if it's worth it. He's been great at home and things have gone good. Also I will look like a psycho for going thru his stuff. My gut tells me it's he less but I don't like him flirting. Am I being paranoid?
