How often do you have sex?

I don't even know how to start this. My bf NEVER wants to have sex. We have only had sex 3 times this month and all times i have been the one to initiate it. Its been like this for months now. When i try to talk to him about it, he just shrugs his shoulders and says that i just have a higher sex drive than he does. I've told him that it's not enough for me and something needs to change. Then he tells me that he feels like i only want him for sex. I'm not unreasonable for wanting to have sex more than 3x a month, am i!?!
