7week ultrasound, tear in placenta.

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and they said the heartbeat was lower than they like only 117. Said they could see a sac of blood where the placenta has a tear in it. Said to bed rest and hopefully it heals itself. Has anyone else had this and things still turned out fine?!
