High protein/ preeclampsia

So at 26 weeks I did a 24 hour urine because of swelling and an episode of high blood pressure that was caused by anxiety. Since then my blood pressures have been good and have been on bed rest with no swelling. I had to do a second 24 hour urine and went to the specialist today for my results. My first one my protein was around 500 and this time at 30 weeks it is now over 2,000. He basically said he isn't sure if it is preeclampsia or kidney disease and that I may be having an emergency delivery soon. Has anyone experienced anything like this what was your outcome?
