13/14 weeks and horrific headaches?

Hi ladies!

I'm really really struggling with migraine type headaches.. had 3 in a week and tonight got one really thumping and I know it's not even hit full power yet.. I mentioned it to my gp as I never suffer migraines or headaches at that usually unless I'm ill.. he didn't seem to concerned but my head feels fit to explode!

I don't really like taking pain killers unless needed... I've taken one paracetamol half an hour ago to see if it takes some edge off to get to sleep easier but my heads just pulsing and can feel and hear the pulsing in my ears 😢
