I think I'm getting worse

Okay well, I think I'm getting worse but I don't know, I have this voice is my head that says I'm fine but at the same time it calls me names and says I'm useless.. I can't really tell anyone about it because it makes me feel really bad.. It makes me feel bad posting this but yeah..
